Roopbygopika.com is not liable for any delay in the delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 5-10 working days from the date of order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Again, retainment of the parcel at the courier office after multiple unsuccessful deliveries depends on the location and the courier service. The
customer is requested to provide an address where someone would be available to collect the parcel during courier service normal working hours to avoid delivery failures. On account of failure, they may reach out to us on email on the below mentioned id for the address of the courier office to collect the same.

For International Couriers transit timeline may wary from 10 to 20 working days on normal circumstances. Though we have all shipping costs for almost 60+ countries updated on the website, there are certain remote locations/International surcharges which could be charged extra owing to remote location charges/additional charges and might be levied on customer before shipping out the parcels. All shipping costs are weight dependent .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
